Please follow the following procedure

• Designated area to treat the unwell person is the Accessible Toilet (disabled)
• Disposable PPE Equipment to be stored in toilet if required
• Sanitiser, soap, paper towels to be available in toilet
• Any used PPE and cleaning materials to be double bagged and stored for 72 hours before disposal
• Ensure that the hall is evacuated, observing social distancing and hand hygiene and that the contact details of everybody present are obtained, They should be advised to launder their clothes at the earliest opportunity at the highest temperature recommended by the clothes' manufacturer.

• The designated area and hall to be closed for 7 hours and deep cleaned
• Hall manager / cleaner should launder all personal clothing as soon as possible after cleaning
